2020 That Was The Year That Was... or wasn't!

As the year draws to a close and we prepare to shut the office doors for a few days to go home, relax, eat, drink and reflect on the year that's passed sitting in a lounge that can only be described as resembling the inside of a glitterball (we're sure many of you will relate) we'd like to take this opportunity to thank you all for following and supporting us this year and our endeavours to bring the World's smallest working locomotive to market, and whilst we didn't quite manage within the timeframe we set ourselves to actually get it out this year due to Covid delays, redesigns and even more Covid delays we now have everything we need here to commence the Class 08 build.

The bodies are in the paintshop as we speak and chassis built so during the Christmas break we'll be putting them together, with fine details like wasp stripes, ladders and windows going in and QC testing each one. We expect deliveries to commence early January.

We'd like to thank each and every person who has trusted us with this project by placing a Preorder enabling us to power through during this unexpected year and to everyone who's shown interest in the next release, THANK YOU. We really appreciate your enthusiasm and don't worry we'll be getting to it soon.

We haven't entirely rested on our laurels with the Class 08 and are pleased to introduce the artwork for this little charmer based on Triang's Nellie which was believed to be inspired by the Drummond LSW C14. We've affectionately been calling it the Wee Nellie with her 0-4-0 Chassis... and she's a lot further on than we're letting on here with chassis and bodywork both at prototype stage so something else to look forward to in 2021.

We're done sending orders out in time for Christmas but if you need a last minute gift there's still time to order email Gift Certificates now, all day Christmas Eve or even Christmas morning.

It's getting dark again out there with this new strain of Covid threatening next year as well but if we all look out for each other, stay at home as much as possible, stay safe and model trains we should do ok!
