Shipping & Returns

Shipping Costs

Delivery charges vary depending on the total order weight, the delivery method and the delivery destination. Any delivery charges will be detailed at the checkout before your order is submitted. If no delivery address has yet been supplied, the shipping charge in the cart assumes a delivery destination within the United Kingdom, and so will increase if an international delivery address is requested.

Shipping Times

Unless otherwise stated in the item description, all items will be dispatched within 7 working days of receiving your order and full payment under normal circumstances. If we anticipate any delay in this time period we will endeavour to keep you informed by email. If your order is ready for dispatch earlier, we will always send it as soon as we are able to.
 
If payment is made via Cheque or BACS Payment then items will not be dispatched until funds have cleared.

Shipping Address

An alternate shipping address from the billing address can be entered on the Order Form if required. Please be careful to enter this carefully as Orders will be dispatched to the address AS ENTERED on the order form. We do not accept responsibility for lost orders due to incorrect or erroneous shipping addresses.
If shipping addresses are outwith the European Union please be aware that your order may be liable for that Country's customs charges. We are not liable for nor have Worldwide knowledge of a regions individual customs charges. Please make sure you understand these charges before ordering.

Returns

We guarantee your satisfaction with any goods that you purchase from us. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you may contact us within 7 days of receiving your goods to arrange a full refund. Refunds will be made within 30 days of receiving the returned goods and will be made by the same method that you made your original payment. If you would like to return unwanted goods please ensure that you contact us prior to sending them back. We strongly recommend that returned goods are sent by special delivery such as Post Office Recorded Delivery with the appropriate insurance cover as they will only be deemed returned when signed for by us. We do not recommend using Yodel delivery service. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
